• Reselling AI-Generated Content – Commercial resale, redistribution, or repackaging of AI-generated content without explicit permission

• Violations of Ethics & Compliance – Generating or distributing harmful, misleading, or illegal content

We reserve the right to adjust these thresholds based on platform usage trends and to update this policy accordingly.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

To ensure compliance with this Fair Use Policy, we monitor platform usage. If we detect excessive use, we may:

1. Issue a Warning – Notify the user of excessive activity and provide guidance on fair use limits

2. Apply Temporary Restrictions – Impose temporary limitations on AI usage if excessive use continues

3. Suspend or Terminate Accounts – If repeated violations occur, we may suspend or permanently terminate the account

Decisions regarding restrictions or terminations are made at our sole discretion. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, you may contact our support team for review.
